Return Policy: Exchanges are offered for received items that are damaged or defective. We take great care in packaging items to minimize the likelihood of damage incurring during normal handling by the delivery service. If order is damaged, please contact us before taking any other action. Damaged items or problems with your order must be reported to us within 3 days after receiving your order. Exchanges will not be given after 7 days of receiving an order, and no refunds will be given. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost of merchandise. Important: Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc. that comes with your order. These items will be used to verify your claim. We will not honor a claim if the necessary documentation and tracking information can not be provided to us.
